The CVC is proud to congratulate co-director Dr. Padma Kaul on her recent appointment as the Heart & Stroke Chair in Cardiovascular Research.
As per the University of Alberta announcement, In her role as Heart & Stroke Chair in Cardiovascular Research, Dr. Kaul will be responsible for being a leader in the development of cardiovascular research in Alberta, developing and maintaining a world-class cardiovascular research program at the U of A including advancing data science and its methods, and working collaboratively with other cardiovascular research groups and centres in Alberta, Canada and around the world to conduct health services and outcomes research. She will also continue to enhance the training and educational capacities of the broader cardiovascular community by working with the Faculty and the Cardiovascular Research Institute.
